can i give kellogs corn flakes to my 22 month child.

Try as much to limit packed foods as they are high in sugars and calories but very low in nutrition. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family.
