can i give jaggery to my six month old baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Yes you can give jaggery to the baby , it is much better option than using the refined white sugar, but be mindful and use in small quantities only.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello the jaggery is rich in iron content and yes you can be giving it for the baby after it as complete is 6 month and small quantity which is not a problem and make sure you are giving pure jaggery which would be safe and absolutely nothing to worry in small quantity
