can I give jaggery to my daughter after 6 months completion#AskTheExpert

A. Nope, after 8 month it's fine to offer it. Sweetening of food/porridges are not recommended even it is with fruits, dates, etc because it might become a habit in no time and will be difficult to change habit.

A. Hello, Jaggery should be introduced to a baby's diet only after the age of one year. However, this may vary based on the baby's health and your doctor's advice. Paediatricians recommend that babies should not be given any form of sugar until they turn one.
