Can I give jaggery to my 8 months old baby? if yes, which one is best to use palm or sugarcane jaggery. if anyone is using pls suggest some brands

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Both are good so you can use any whichever you feel better and even jaggery powder is equally good and give well mashed foods to the baby and seasonal fruit purée
