Can I give jaggery to my 5 month old

A. jaggery to 5 month old baby.. definitely don't give and they don't need it. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.  Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please no the first six months are exclusively for mothers milk what you need to focus on is giving that or formula milk only if it has been advised by your pediatrician the first one year you should not offer any form of salt or sugar that Kidneys are not fully developed and cannot handle it
