Can I give Honey to my daughter for Hiccup? Is it safe to give honey for 9 month baby?

A. honey will not helo to stop hiccups .Babies do not get upset from hiccups, so you do not need to try and stop a baby's hiccups, but if you want to try, give your baby something to drink a breast feed, or some water.(above six months)

A. Yes, babies younger than 1 year old should not be given honey. Clostridium bacteria that cause infant botulism usually thrive in soil and dust. They also can contaminate some foods — honey, in particular.
