ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. why you want daily.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

Yes You can add it as a flavour to the food that you are giving it is going to avoid issues like stomach pain and Gas issues which I invite apart from that if it is feasible for you you can always add a bit of ginger powder as well to the food when you are giving it to the child
