Can I give him jaggery everyday with milk?

A. yes, can give jaggery daily, best to give e jaggery and milk at different times. if you get 100% organic jaggery than you can give in small quantity.. tc

A. hi..yes u may give jaggery as it is a rich source of iron and it is a better option than adding sugar in babies diet. u may limit the quantity of jaggery too by adding it in milk and too sweeten food.
