can I give him amul butter or amul lite? which one is best? can I use ghee for him?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear mum, homemade ghee is the best option for your baby. The energy requirements of your baby are high so baby should be given energy dense foods like ghee. Add ghee to every meal of your baby.

And yea you can also add ghee in babies food. But till baby turns one year old use ghee in very less quantity. After baby turns one year old you can incense the quantity but till the time very less quantity. Stay home stay safe Happy parenting
