Can i give guava juice to my 9 month old baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear parent, instead of giving guava juice or any other juice it is better to give the whole mashed fruit. The fruit is much more nutritious and has fibre. Give all seasonal fruits.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello dear parent! It is good to give wholesome fruits as juice just fills in the baby tummy only for a little time as it liquid. Sugar in the fruit too breaks up when juiced. Therefore better give small quantities of crushed or mashed form of fruits. Keep your baby hydrated. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
