can I give Ghia sabzi turai sabzi and daal with roti to my 10 months old daughter

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. yes you can give ghiya and Tori however these are rich in water content and low in other nutrients so also give variety of other seasonal vegetables especially green leafy vegetables. you can give Roti soak in dal and vegetable also other cereal pulse preparations like vegetable Khichdi vegetable Daliya Pongal pulao with curd Idli mash in thick sambar
