can I give gastrica drops plus bonison drops to my baby as he having gas problem

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you must burp your baby regularly after every feed by holding him in upright position and massaging his back for atleast 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary.
This helps in releasing gas out of the baby.
For any Medicine to be given must visit your paediatric.
