ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Jam can ge introduced after one year especially the market one as it contains artificial colours and preservatives and if you made it at hone then it can be given no problem

Hi Mom Yes you can give Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato Make meal time fun with toys Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
