can i give frozen pea puree to my baby??? he is going to b 7 months old in 10 days

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, if you get fresh peas you can boil it well and give. As much as possible avoid packaged , tinned, canned and frozen foods. These are not good in the long run

if possible please make it from fresh pea
because some time chances of indigestion or colic pain is there
you can give warm Dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
