Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Up to 6 month pediatrician recommend breat feed only after that you can give top feed or semisolids. try to increase your breadt milk supply you can consukt doctor or jnclude food in your diet which help to increase breast milk supply. if still not enougb breast milk then you can give formula feed xhoose it as a last option
