Can I give Formula milk at morning one time and cow's milk at night one time along with brest milk to my 1year baby girl??

Yes you can however it is comfortable to you you can go ahead with that also I would like to tell you as of now that slowly gradually you should shift your child in to complete cows milk or buffalo’s milk only and go ahead with quitting formula feeding if needed
