Can i give fish to my baby he is now 1year??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, yes, you can give fish to your 1 year old baby. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. Prefer to give fresh water fishes like rohu, catfish, catla due to low mercury content.

Yup Chicken fish and egg yellow can be introduced to the child after the age of 10 months all these things are very healthy to be given now you can give chicken also and full and also to the child if you have not given any prior and fish also can be given
