A. Yes can be given No problem Actually No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help. Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl7 years agoA. as the name suggest it seems that it is related to iron if it is related to iron definitely you can give it to you baby or early in the morning without giving any milk also but once you need to check with the doctor if it is related to something else
