A. As it is mentioned that your baby is 6 months old so first introduce each dry fruit powder for 4 continuous days n check for allergies. If all is ok you can proceed with mixed dry fruit powder

A. Hello mommy, Dry Fruits Powder can be given to babies above 8 months. 2. Please follow the 3 day rule, add a 1/4 teaspoon of the dry fruits powder to porridge then next day too same amount and then increase it to half teaspoon of powder. Early Foods dry fruit powder is made from 7 super foods - almonds, cashews, pista, walnuts, makhana, watermelon & pumpkin seeds. It has been well roasted and finely powdered so that you can use it easily in salads, milk shakes, smoothies, kheer, make dry fruit parathas, raita etc.
