can I give domstal syrup daily for my 3.5 month old baby. my baby spitup very very lot

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. it's common to spit do not use medicines in small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
