Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children6 years agoA. domstal drops are meant for vomitings in the baby they have to be given meticulously depending on the weight of the baby e moreover there are certain reactions with domstal better consult your doctor

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy6 years agoA. Any medicines that you give to your child, should have atleast 20 to 30 minutes of gap between both the medicines. If in any circumstances if you are suggested to give two medicines together then only you can give. Avoid self medication
