Ensure the food is pureed or mashed to a smooth consistency and avoid adding salt, sugar, or spices. Introduce new foods gradually and watch for any signs of allergies.

Yes of course you can give it as per your convenience and give proper good dinner so that your child is full for at least 2 to 3 hours and then you make your child sleep half an hour prior to that you can give milk to your child would be full for a longer duration and can sleep peacefully for a longer time
