Can i give Dey's milk of magnesia 2.5 ml to my 4 months old baby fir constipation as her potty z very tight.she cries a lot nd make efforts to get it out.Can this a sign if constipation??

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having a constipation then you should not give him a milk of magnesium but syrup duphalac or polybion L 5 ml
