Can I give dexorange syrup to my 2 years 4 months baby

A. Hello, your baby boy 2.4 years old and if she is having iron deficiency anemia then you should give her syrup dexorange paediatric syrup 2.5 ml twice a day for three months

A. Hello ma’am I would never advise you to self medicate your child if your child is having any issue so consult your paediatrician once and if your doctor advises you to go for the same medicine then only you can go for it otherwise I would not advise you to go
