can I give Dalia with milk for dinner to my 16 month old??

A. milk daliya can be given but included as one of the breakfast options the meals lunch and dinner should be wholesome having variety of food groups it should be according to the food prepared for the family eg preparation from grain pulses, vegetable, curd
