POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl5 years agoA. Dalia is a very nutritious food, filled with fiber for babies and give energy to them with good digestion. You can give it in the night, but make sure to fully cook it as it takes time. You should soak it water for an hour before cooking.
