can I give curd to my 3 y old daughter as she is in medicine cuz of throat infection? one should avoid sour items on sore throat? ply suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes avoid.. Take basil leaves and honey, grind and mix well to make a smooth paste. give this every day to soothe dry coughs. also steam inhalation will also help.
