can i give curd to my 1 year old baby while she is having running nose?

Yes You can give it but it should be on room temperature court has got nothing to do with cold or running nose for a child so you can definitely give it to your child on an every day basis but just make sure that it is only on room temperature not directly from the refrigerator then it is going to be a little risky
