NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello if the child is having fever yes you can give not a problem but avoid as much as possible and see if you can give anything in small quantity quickly and then give medicine as too much of medicine can also cause gassy in kids but in midnight or early morning it's fine to give the dosage
