can I give cows milk to my 1 year old baby, till now she was on formula milk.

A. Hi mommy Yes you can give now Give direct or add protein powder like pediasure or junior horlicks in it Limit milk to 500 ml a day Give adequate water Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
