Q.

Can I give cow's milk to 6 month old baby? Currently the baby is completely on Breastmilk. I have read that cow's milk to be introduced only after 1 year. Is it correct?

A. Yes, it is recommended to introduce cow milk to baby only after 1 year as by then their immunity and digestive system develop a bit for outside foods and milk. Moreover, cow milk is difficult to digest, therefore dilute it with some water in the beginning. Till then, you can either give breastmilk or formula milk.
