No not at all. Your baby is four months old and when mother’s milk is not sufficient for baby than the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. So you can start giving formula milk but don’t give outside milk at least till baby turned one-year-old. And you can start giving solids and water once you baby turned six months old
