can I give cow milk to my 4 month old baby?

A. Cow milk should be introduced to babies when they turn one year old. At 4 months of age, cow's milk is too heavy for a baby's tummy. Cow's milk also has less iron content when compared to breast milk or iron fortified formula milk. And so it can cause iron deficiency anemia in babies if introduced at this age.
