shreya goelMom of a 8 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Yes now you baby is one year old and it is totally safe to start giving cows milk so you can start giving outside milk to your baby. Now you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day so maintain a diet plan according to that Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
