A. Dear mum, prefer to give homemade curd to your baby. You can give any of the cheese from good brands. Breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your child. Use cow milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.

A. Hello good evening !! Babies below one year can't digest animals milk (cow/buffalo/packet milk). As baby is 8 months old feed formula milk and solids thrice a day. Fruits and vegetables puriees, Mashes,Dal kichdi, oats,Dalia, sooji kichdi/porridge, idly,Ragi, rice porridge/kheer with formula milk, soups, curd, ghee, cheese, butter. Home made food(recipes) is best avoid processed/packed, junk, oily foods.
