can i give cookies and biscuits with milk to my 10 months old baby

A. Hello mom as long as possible you may avoid as maximum are made of refined white flour and causes constipation. instead you can opt for atta or millet based biscuits

A. If the cookies are made up of oats and jaggery then you can give it to the child otherwise they’re not advisable before the age of one year and since it has higher content of sugar in general and also refined flour which is extremely unhealthy so it’s not advisable at all
