ExpertShyamala SathiaseelanLactation Educator and Counselor6 years agoA. Dear Mamma, if I were you, I would not go any where near those store bought powders which have loads of chemicals and sugar. Please add home made health mix powders and ragi instead

shruti mangla gandhiMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. Hello, please avoid giving complan and similar powders as they are loaded with sugar and preservatives and are definitely not good for the baby. You can add saffron or home made dry fruits powder instead.
