AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Both are same. Give any one to get relief from colic pain or gas in stomach. U can also apply hing paste on stomach and massage in circular motion twice a day to help baby expel gas from stomach. Take care
