Can I give colicaid drops to my 36 days baby daily?? doctor told to give it when baby cries more but my baby suffering from colic every day n I m giving five drop morning and evening. please suggest me is it k to give or no.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feedit can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if iot is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally freebut only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.
