ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can start with weaning foods for the baby , but would highly recommend use of only home made fresh foods rather than rely on packaged foods as they contain lot of preservatives and artificial flavours

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. yes you can start with cerelac give wheat flavor as it is easy to digest.. you can also give ragi dalia sabudana blended khichdi puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot papaya apple pear sapota banana.. remember to introduce one new food at a time..
