can i give Cerelac and Britannia nutri choice biscuits to my 8 months old daughter

A. commercially available ready to eat food are not recommended as they contain added sugar, flavor, lack in variety and also do not inculcate healthy eating habits. also avoid giving biscuits to your baby as they contain maida,added sugar, colour, flavor, may have trans fat. so has zero nutrition. it is better to give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups for convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
