can i give cereals for 5 half month old baby..n fruits too

A. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till the baby complete 6 month and do not give your child any other food till then and if the breast milk is not sufficient you can alternatively be given your child infant formula milk stage one using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
