AmrutaMom of a 7 yr 6 m old girl6 years agoA. Carrots and potatoes are very nutritious for babies. A six month old can have carrot soup/ puree, mashed potatoes. If you want to mix them with rice (khichdi) then I'd suggest you to puree it before feeding as he's too young to chew.
