Can I give broccoli and peas to 9 month baby . Will it cause gas or too heavy

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. You can give broccoli and peas to baby, make sure you don't over cook broccoli as over cooking leafs to loss of nutrients of the vegetable. Best way is to steam it well and then give to baby.
