can I give bournvita to my 2 year old baby..? is it healthy or not

A. bournvita mein sugar hoti hai jyada and it is not healthy for child

A. better to avoid Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet couvnselling is also very important .

A. It’s your personal choice if you would want to give something like this because these powder do not provide as health as they mentioned because they have higher content of sugar in some or the other way into it so I personally don’t believe it is healthy which is why I suggest you to give dry fruit powder that’s natural substitute to use and there is no additional sugar added or is there into that
