Can I give Bournvita or any other milk supplement to my 2 year old baby?

Avoid giving health drinks like pediasure, junior horlicks, bournvita etc.
These are high in sugar and calories and contains preservatives and artificial flavours which are not good for babies.
Better give different milkshakes like apple banana mango strawberry chicoo etc, add dry fruits powder, turmeric in milk
