A. Hi, please avoid giving biscuits or anything from outside. Home-made food are best for kids until three years which is good for growth and immunity. Avoid wheat and Maida product until the completion of one year. Instead give porridge, fruit purees, vegetable purees which are rich in fibre and calcium. Avoid giving dry fruits, salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.Write Your Answer Here
