can I give beetroot mixing with milk in nicer to my son 32 month

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. You can surely give beetroot to the child now, but mixing it with milk will not a good idea. It is rich in iron and mixing calcium and iron together may result in indigestion or vomiting. You can give beetroot by mixing in foods orixed vegetable soup, with cheela, idli-dosa, etc. This way it will add to the nutrition value of the food too.
