Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. yes can be given . Diarrhoea can be just due to gastric irritation or may be due to infection . Oral rehydration solution should be started at once in both condition to prevent from any sort of dehydration and lethargy . Other safe medicine like zinc drop and pre or probiotics can be given .
