can I give banana nd mango to my baby.he is 7 months old now

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom banana is one of the first recommended fruits for the baby a well ripen one can be manually be mashed and given to the baby , mangoes can be given but initally some babies might find it difficult to digest so try it out in small quantities
